An educational administration degree prepares students to become principals, assistant principals, and deans. These professionals set the academic standards for their schools and oversee facility management. They also select, evaluate, and improve their faculty so the students entrusted to them receive the best education possible.
This program includes classes in administrative theory, administration and personnel supervision, ethics, public relations, financial management, public policy and law, curriculum planning and development, multicultural topics, and research in education. Upon completion, graduates earn a Master’s in Educational Administration.
